If you do not come in at all (“no-show”) for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the $150 cancellation fee, and you may be barred from booking future appointments. We thank you for your understanding.

We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment through our website: www.sweetwateraesthetics.com or by calling 412-534-3383.

When reserving your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment, however you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or fail to show up, an appointment cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card at that time. A reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 412-534-3383 or email schedule@sweetwateraesthetics.com.

Multiple appointment reminders will be sent out to the number provided when you book your appointment. If you are unable to confirm, please use the automated service or call/text us to reschedule or cancel.
